Project Timelines


Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of the project, level of customization, and sourcing requirements.

Design phases are typically completed within a structured timeframe, however, the delivery of physical items such as furniture, joinery, and bespoke pieces may require extended lead times. Custom furniture and cabinetry alone can take 8–16 weeks or more, depending on complexity and craftsmanship  .

For full interior projects, timelines are influenced by multiple phases including design, sourcing, procurement, and installation, which may span several months to ensure a refined and cohesive outcome.

 

Sourcing & Procurement

All furniture, materials, and finishes are carefully sourced through trusted suppliers and artisans.

Where items are made-to-order or imported, additional time is required for production and international shipping. Lead times will always be communicated clearly prior to confirmation, allowing clients to make informed decisions with full transparency.

We prioritize quality and craftsmanship over speed, ensuring that every piece contributes meaningfully to the final space.

 

Delivery & Installation

For larger projects, items are often delivered in stages or held until installation. This ensures a seamless final reveal, rather than fragmented deliveries.

Interior design projects may involve multiple deliveries across different suppliers, sometimes exceeding dozens of items per space. These are carefully coordinated, inspected, and scheduled to align with the final installation phase  .

Where applicable, white-glove delivery services are used, including:


  • Professional handling and placement
  • Assembly of furniture
  • Removal of packaging
  • Final positioning in accordance with the design plan

 

Quality Control

Every item is inspected prior to installation to ensure it meets the standards of the design.

This includes checking for:


  • Damage during transit
  • Correct specifications
  • Material and finish consistency

This level of oversight ensures that the integrity of the design is maintained and that the final result reflects the intended vision without compromise.

 

Delays & External Factors

While Amor Interior manages all aspects of delivery with care, certain factors remain outside of our control, including:


  • Supplier or manufacturer delays
  • Shipping or customs clearance
  • Contractor scheduling
  • Unforeseen site conditions
